Our Story...

Bini Brew Co was founded by father-and-son duo Nick and James, united by a love of hop-forward, hazy, small-batch beers bursting with flavour and character. What began as homebrewing on a tiny 10-litre kit soon became a full-scale craft brewery, creating distinctive beers with stories, soul and standout design. Inspired by family, music and creativity, every brew has its own personality and purpose. From our early days in Ilkley to our much-loved taprooms, community has always been at our heart. Today, our beautiful Ilkley space brewery and taproom is the perfect home for our beer, our story, and our people.
