If we had a pound for every time our Head Brewer, James, says that something will work 'in theory' we'd probably be able to buy a small to medium sized football club! So this beer is for him and all the in-theorists out there. And it works in practice too... fermented with our house lager yeast and Hallertau Blanc hops this little lager should 'in theory' be perfect on a summer's day.
