We love OSB. We have built our brewery tap room from it, and now we’ve built a beer with it! A combination of Oats, Sabro and Barley in the mash and whirlpool brings a lovely creamy, full mouth feel, rounded off with peachy, citrussy notes from dry hopping with Galaxy & more Sabro. We’ve really built something great!
